Reassignment of QZSS L5S PRN number and application of the User Interface Specification (IS-QZSS-TV-003) for the PTV

Apr.14,2021

We will change QZSS L5S PRN number assignment on April 23, 2021(JST) as follows;

  • QZS2：from PRN196 to 184
  • QZS3：from PRN197 to 189
  • QZS4：from PRN200 to 185

Because of this operation, QZSS L5S signals will be unusable during the dates below;

  • Unusable Period : from 09:00 on April 22, 2021 to 16:00 on April 23, 2021 (JST)
  • Satellite : QZS2, 3, 4

From 16:00 on April 23, 2021 (JST), we will apply IS-QZSS-TV-003(*) that defines new L5S PRN number assignment for the PTV.
