Update the interface specification of PNT service for 7-Satellites Constellation in advance

We have revised the 5th edition (IS-QZSS-PNT-005) in advance for the transition to 7-Satellites Constellation.

To avoid the complexity of the specification when combining the existing satellites with the three additional satellites (QZS5 to QZS7) that do not broadcast L2C signals, the definition of the SV clock offset for CNAV and CNAV2 will be changed after the transition to 7-Satellite Constellation.

This specification will be applied between the second half of 2023 and the first half of 2024.
We will inform you of the specific schedule again.
